Terms: Prices can vary based on the complexity of transactions, local market conditions, and specific client requirements. It’s recommended to customize pricing based on individual client consultations and agreements. Pricing is per side, per closed file (discount to be applied on intermediary transactions). No listing termination fee.

      What to Expect from Us

  • Verify completion and secure signatures on all necessary seller documents
  • Coordinate professional photography appointment
  • Enter your listing into MLS and Save as Incomplete (Agent will review and make live)
  • Upload photos, virtual tours (if applicable) and disclosures to MLS
  • Order HOA documents (if applicable)
  • Upload documents to agent platform for broker approval
  • Schedule Open House in MLS (if applicable)
  • Coordinate Sign installation if using third party                       

       What We Expect From Agents

  • Submit the transaction using the intake form
  • Provide fully executed contract/addendums
  • Attend Inspections, appraisals and walkthroughs
  • Handle all the negotiations and any other license activities
  • Put listing active after reviewing the “Saved as Incomplete version”
  • Set up Showing Time/Broker Bay

  • Upload Closing docs required by the brokerage for final compliance

      What we Expect from Agents

  • Communicate with your clients to let them know when documents have been sent
 

Executed CONTRACT TO CLOSE $500 (Due at Closing)

     What to Expect from Us

  • Documentation review and verification
  • Secure missing documents and signatures
  • Initiate communication with all parties through introductory emails and courtesy calls/texts
  • Track wire transfer instructions and ensure timely receipt of earnest money deposit
  • Schedule and manage inspections, appraisals, final walk throughs and closing
  • Proactively communicate deadlines and milestones to all parties involved
  • Follow up with Title Company for Title Work
  • Send CMA and List of Upgrades to Appraisers (on Listing Sides only, items must be provided by the listing agent)
  • Follow-up with Lender for Loan Approval
  • Order home warranty and/or schedule home inspection if applicable (additional fee)
  • Provide utilities information to buyers and remind them to connect them
  • Upload documents for broker compliance review
  • Obtain DA (if applicable) and send it to the title company
  • Obtain and review closing statements
  • Request Review on behalf of the agent

    What We Expect From Agents
